Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica) - Departamento de Engenharia Elétrica, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/56617The purpose of this Bachelor's Thesis is to conduct a qualitative study regarding the analysis and development of planar antennas with dual resonance bands – in Bluetooth (BLE) and Ultra-wideband (UWB), applied in vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The combination of dual resonance bands in an antenna can solve issues of compactness and space, optimizing the system. Two antenna proposals will be presented: the first, named antenna I, comprises a larger antenna incorporating notches with defined rejection bands, while the second, antenna II, is a smaller, more adjustable antenna for the application. An analysis of the passbands and radiation patterns is conducted for each antenna to meet the specifications of the considered applications. The second antenna is also prototyped and measured - both in the network analyzer and in the anechoic chamber.
