Modelo de Maturidade do Scrum: um estudo de caso em uma empresa de base tecnológica do rio grande do norte. 2023. 79 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Engenharia de Produção) - Departamento de Engenharia de Produção, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 202https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/53925Using an agile project management methodology in a technology-based company is essential to ensure the effectiveness of project deliveries, whether in terms of quality, adherence to established deadlines, customer relationships, or communication. Companies in the field of information technology often suffer from traditional methods that are bureaucratic and inflexible to the needs of modern businesses. As they operate in an agile and competitive environment, companies are increasingly seeking differentiators for their products. Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum, provide an effective delivery of quality, speed, and flexibility that the market demands. In this context, the objective of this work was to analyze a technology-based company in Rio Grande do Norte and to identify, in addition to the actions taken for the implementation of Scrum, its level of maturity in the framework and to assess the main challenges faced when putting practice this method of work. In this sense, all stages of Scrum are explained in this work, in addition, project management concepts and agile methods are addressed. A tester was applied to assess the maturity level of the framework in the company and it was possible to identify, among other information, the maturity level of the organization on a scale ranging from 1 to 5. After identifying that the company reached level 2 of maturity, facilitating expertise was also requested that can help the company to raise its level of maturity. The validity and importance of the analyzes carried out in this work are reinforced, considering that no evaluation was carried out to monitor whether the Scrum steps were being put into practice, considering that all suggested best practices are in accordance with the bibliographies on the subject, which can bring great evolutions to the delivery results of the organization's projects.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Método ÁgilScrumGerenciamento de Projetos“Framework”Nível de MaturidadeModelo de Maturidade do Scrum: um estudo de caso em uma empresa de base tecnológica do Rio Grande do NorteScrum Maturity Model: A case study in a technology-based company in Rio Grande do NortebachelorThesisCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA DE PRODUCAO::GERENCIA DE PRODUCAO
