OBJECTIVE: to develop an educational booklet on the prevention of cervical cancer and present the Marta Lotes Basic Health Unit. METHODOLOGY: A bibliographical survey was carried out, in scientific articles in online databases, which addresses the prevention of cervical cancer. uterus through cytological examination.
