For this, it was necessary to demonstrate the management of the supply chain, in addition to the presentation of concepts of logistics and public services and a brief review of the empirical literature. The methodological procedures applied are of a qualitative nature and the research is characterized as an applied research, in terms of the ends it is descriptive and in terms of the means, it is documentary.
