In this sense, the present study analyzes the perception of volunteer employees of the Geração Futuro Children's Ministry, of an Evangelical Church in Natal/RN, about the organizational climate existing in the ecclesiastical space, based on Álvaro Tamayo's model. The research, characterized as exploratory and descriptive, is based on a bibliographical review, focusing on organization, religious organization, people management, volunteering and organizational climate, carried out field research and questionnaire application, with a universe of 29 respondents. The answers reveal the level of agreement or disagreement regarding the variables: commitment, working conditions, communication, leadership, interpersonal relationships, compensation and recognition. Commitment and communication at work were the variables that showed the highest percentages of agreement, with percentages close to 98%. Interpersonal relationships were the ones with the highest level of disagreement, approximately 7%.
