Contrary to this trend observed nationwide, Pousada Aconchego, located in Currais Novos-RN, began its operations during the pandemic. This investigation aims to analyze the process of creation and management of Pousada Aconchego in Currais Novos-RN during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study holds scientific, social, and personal relevance, as well as thematic novelty. The theoretical framework employed in this research connects the themes of the pandemic and tourism, particularly focusing on entrepreneurship and leadership in accommodation services. The research involved an interview with the owner of Pousada Aconchego, analyzed through the aforementioned theoretical frameworks.
