The action research method combined with experience reporting was initially used, aiming to analyze and obtain data from the scope and public where the intervention took place. Descriptive in nature and with a qualitative-quantitative approach, the investigation addressed the following specific objectives: addressing the ethical and moral conduct techniques of Yoga, presenting breathing techniques to improve focus and analyzing the importance of Yoga after its experience in Physical Education classes . The results were satisfactory, demonstrating the commitment of the students and the teacher in developing the activities. The study reinforces the need to popularize the practice of Yoga in the school environment, expanding students' access to this knowledge.
