The interest in the theme arose from the difficulty that some music students have in expressing themselves musically through music content. As for the methodology, we chose survey research because it facilitates the extraction and cataloging of data to be grouped in tables, charts and graphs. At the end of the work, we present the synthesis and the results found in the research, which were promising since we were successful in finding two phrasal structures and a motivic structure common to the songs and that can be used to direct the musical composition, in addition to establishing which key, modes and degrees of the scale are most often used.
