Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Fisioterapia) - Departamento de Fisioterapia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/61192Introduction: The search for strategies to optimize recovery in athletes reflects the complexity of training and the need to balance physical stimuli and recovery. The daily well-being questionnaire stands out as a simple, low-cost, and quick-response tool recommended for assessing the well-being levels of high-performance athletes.. This approach helps to develop effective schedules, enhancing positive responses to training and reducing the risk of injuries and negative adaptations. However, there is a gap in the literature, with few studies investigating the correlation between the well-being levels of physically active individuals and their physical performance. Objective: to investigate the relationship between daily self-reported well-being and isokinetic muscle performance in physically active men. Methods: The study included men aged 18 to 35 years, physically active according to the international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ). We used as variables the level of well-being, measured by means of a daily well-being questionnaire and the isokinetic muscular performance of the knee extensors, assessed by means of an isokinetic dynamometer (5 repetitions at 60°/s), with visual and verbal incentives. Statistical analysis was performed in SPSS® (v.25.0) with the Shapiro-Wilk test for data distribution. Spearman's coefficient was used to correlate daily well-being with peak torque and muscle power, adopting an alpha of 5% as statistical significance. Results: There was a weak and moderate correlation between PT and PO of the dominant lower limb among the scores of yesterday's eating domain. There was no correlation between PT and PO and the other general scores. Conclusion: The results of this study did not identify a significant correlation between overall daily well-being scores and isokinetic muscle performance of the knee extensors in physically active men. However, the feeding yesterday domain is related to the isokinetic muscular performance of the dominant lower limbAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Exercícios físicos - Desempenho físicoBem-estar subjetivoRecuperação após o exercícioProntidãoPhysical performanceSubjective well-beingRecovery after exerciseReadinessCorrelação entre variáveis de bem-estar diário e o desempenho muscular isocinético em homens fisicamente ativos: um estudo transversalbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FISIOTERAPIA E TERAPIA OCUPACIONAL
