The context of the interiorization of the psychosocial care network, which gained momentum through the decentralization of health services in regions composed of municipalities with less than 15 thousand inhabitants, stands out. The methodology was based on institutional analysis, institutional socioclinics, research-intervention, with a qualitative theoretical perspective. Data construction comprised conversation circles with CAPS professionals and observant participation registered in research journals.
