It is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach, performed with nurses of Ana Bezerra University Hospital pediatric sector, located in Santa Cruz / RN. We used a semi-structured instrument developed by the researchers, where they had their lines properly recorded. The results show that there is a dialogic process between nurse and patient professional, however, is still not carried out in a concise manner, given that this process occurs specifically the collection of history, leaving the whole process of the tiny comprehensive care.
