The body in isolation, within the spaces of their homes, brought a concern about how to move and make dance from this reality. In this sense, the work seeks to develop and improve perception, listening to oneself and one's own body in order to build a relationship of trust, courage and above all autonomy in their own movements. To assist in this development, memories and recollections become a starting point between body, perception and movement, initiating a dancing, poetic and sensitive journey.
