These voices are used in musics, movies, even in commercial advertisements and also strongly defunded and used for economical endings through all the virtual space. Does this kind of innovation violate any right of the voice owner? Wherever in the author rights’ scope, or publicity rights, or even an unfair competition? These are some questions that this article intents to explore, through bibliographic, legal and jurisprudential researches, using real cases to analyze possible protections.
