Better understanding the factors that contribute to customer exit is an important part of improving companies’ processes and products.The objective of this work is to perform an analysis of data from customers of telecommunications services of a provider. The central point of the work is to study the modifications of the removal of characteristics from the chosen dataset, based on the importance of these characteristics, and infer how the process of removing these characteristics can influence the efficiency of the machine learning model used. During the development of the work, known tools were used to treat and manipulate the database.
