In this context, this study aims to analyze the digital maturity of a large pediatric hospital using the Digital Transformation Compass (DTC) methodology (Westerman et al., 2016), which encompasses 4 dimensions and 12 sub-dimensions. The research employed a combined approach, integrating quantitative and qualitative methods in its development. Data collection involved adapting a questionnaire based on the DTC, which was administered to the institution's leadership. The final results revealed that the institution is in an intermediate stage in its digital transformation journey, with level 3 capabilities in all dimensions, a notable achievement considering the institution's century-old and traditional nature. Sub-dimensions with higher averages include crafting a vision and aligning the core team, establishing new behaviors, and creating awareness. On the other hand, sub-dimensions requiring more effort are understanding the starting point, building governance, and developing fundamental capabilities. It is concluded that the methodology used proved effective as an evaluation tool, providing a comprehensive view of the institution's digital landscape and pinpointing specific areas that require attention and investment.Transformação digitalTecnologiaSaúdeHospitalbachelorThesis
