The research is descriptive and quantitative, based on the survey of data from the Union's Budget Execution Reports. The results of the survey allow us to conclude that the Northeast was the region that concentrated public investments in tourism over 16 years, followed by the Southeast region. The South, Midwest and North regions covered the smallest installments of investments.
