The research is exploratory, descriptive and evaluative. We used a case study in a stock brokerage firm analyzing the transformations occurring in directions of knowledge about the stock market for investors one of the main roles of brokers in Brazil. The study proposes a model of knowledge flow between the broker and its clients.
