The objectives are to document, record and not allow this cultural asset to disappear over time due to the lack of interest on the part of the Members of the Domingos family, and discusses the relationships that surround this cultural good with the Domingos family and other members of the community who have related to the basketwork art with Carnaúba stem, which is a predominant tree of the caatinga forest and has It was used in the states of the Northeast region of Brazil as a way of constructing an identity and a belonging in relation to this immaterial good. Oral sources (interviews and testimonies), photographs, documents and bibliographic researches related to the research theme were used.
