Such a theme is easily noticed among undergraduates of the Physical Education (PE) course, since the comprehension of BI extends beyond what concerns the quality of life, reaching aspects such as social acceptance and also serving as a commercial merchandise. Furthermore, another important point regards the relevance that the subject has within Physical Education, since it is a relevant topic in the disciplines of the course. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how the articles introduce CI and its connection with PE students, considering that there is limited literature production on the subject nationally. This article consists in bibliographical research of qualitative character, in which articles were analyzed in order to verify the relation of the concept of CI with students of PE. The examined studies emphasized that the issues related to CI are particularly distinguished in PE, despite being something very common in other academic fields. Based on this, it can be concluded that the conception about Body Image from the Physical Education students' relationship permeates intrinsic aspects, in which the subject in question interferes not only in the way the student perceives themselves, but also in the way others see them.Imagem CorporalEducação FísicaGraduandosbachelorThesis
