In this way, we discuss the experiences of Jews in concentration camps and ghettos during the Holocaust, the focus of this research, based on sources from the Museu do Holocausto de Curitiba, ranging from banknotes to ration and vaccination cards. The historical analysis of the sources was based on specialized literature on the subject, as well as the accounts of Holocaust survivors, in order to highlight similarities and differences between the witnesses and the sources. The results found demonstrate that new aspects about the camps and ghettos can be researched based on the presented sources, highlighting the need for continued research on traumatic memories, especially regarding the Holocaust.
