Entre o estado de natureza e a luta pela existência: Hobbes e Darwin sobre a guerra e a luta do homem natural. 2022. 49 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Filosofia) - Departamento de Filosofia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/52939This monographic work addresses the understanding of a suggested relationship between the ideas proposed by Thomas Hobbes and Charles Darwin. Comparing the work of both authors, we investigated possible correlations between the notion of war of all against all and the struggle for existence, as well as both possible approaches to human nature and the origin of morality. Through exploratory and bibliographical research, the philosophical writings of the naturalist biologist Thomas Huxley were also investigated, as well as the patent Hobbesian influence suffered by the author, which made Hobbes, to a large extent, popular in evolutionary biology.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Thomas HobbesThomas HobbesCharles DarwinCharles DarwinThomas HuxleyThomas HuxleyEstado de NaturezaState of NatureLuta Pela ExistênciaStruggle for ExistenceNatureza HumanaHuman natureEntre o estado de natureza e a luta pela existência: Hobbes e Darwin sobre a guerra e a luta do homem naturalBetween the state of nature and the struggle for existence: Hobbes and Darwin on war and the struggle of the natural manbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::FILOSOFIA::ETICA
