For the data obtaining it was ceded a sheet from the Unidade Central de Agentes Terapêuticos (UNICAT), that had all the court lawsuits information, as patient's name and what medicine it was being judicialized. For the searching of each lawsuit, it was used the site from the Rio Grande do Norte's court of justice and Federal Justice from the same state. From the results of that search, it was obtained that the majority of the applicants were from the interior of the state, women, represented by private advocacy, succeeding in demand and even anticipation of the request in almost 80% of the cases.
