Several universities were created to skilled these professionals needs to develop the country. In Brazil, only a few of these degrees existed for postgraduate. The accounting degree in Brazil was created his fourth postgraduate program only in 2008 through the agreement between UnB, UFPB, and UFRN (Multi-institutional program), being discontinued in 2015 upon approval of PPGs on these HEIs. The graduates are a great source for the internal evaluation of the GPs. This project looked for verifying the perception of the graduates of the postgraduate program in accounting at UFRN and the graduates of the Multi-institutional program (UnB/UFPB/UFRN) between 2009 and 2019, about the quality of your training. To this end, it was applied one survey with 65 questions divided into 05 parts. The results have shown 98% of graduates of PPGCCon/Multi are accountants; 42% of these come from a public HEI; the time to complete the course is as expected for both (up to 24 months for master and up to 48 months for doctorate); the amount of scientific research carried out while graduating is greater than that performed as a student; the UFRN absorbed 32% of the graduates, hiring them as professors of the institution; 70% of graduates remuneration from 1,5 to 10 minimum wages; 94% of graduates believes that PPGCCon/Multi contributed to the development of teaching skills, scientific leadership and innovation, contributing to better job opportunities (70% of graduates) and increased income (84% of graduates); 50% of the graduates considered high the level of programs requirement. 94% of graduates rated as appropriate the orientation of PPGCCon/Multi; 54% of graduates believe that curriculum is within the range expected; 42% consider very relevant their training in these programs for achieving their careers because of the knowledge acquired such as salary, level of employability, and view this program as high quality.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/EgressosPrograma de pós-graduação em Ciências contábeisPrograma multi-institucionalPPGCCon UFRNAnálise da percepção dos egressos do programa de pós-graduação em Ciências contábeis da UFRN de 2009 a 2019 em relação à qualidade de sua formaçãobachelorThesis
