Trabalho de Conclusão de curso (Graduação em Turismo) - Departamento de Turismo, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/62907This study examines the connections between electronic games and tourism, investigating how virtual scenarios can influence players' travel choices. The research adopts a quantitative approach, employing statistical methods and numerical analysis to explore the phenomenon in question. An online questionnaire was administered to Brazilian participants, addressing perceptions, profiles, and travel decisions related to games. Descriptive statistics were utilized to understand how interest in game-inspired locations manifests and which destinations arouse greater curiosity. The study reveals that different consumer behavior theories – such as economic rationality, behavioral, psychoanalytic, social and anthropological, and cognitive approaches – explain the motivations of tourists influenced by electronic games. This research paves the way for reflections on the potential of games as travel motivators and highlights trends that can enrich the dialogue between digital culture and tourism, pointing to possibilities for future studies.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Jogos eletrônicosTurismoCenários virtuaisComportamento do consumidorMotivações de viagemElectronic gamesTourismVirtual scenariosConsumer behaviorTravel motivationsA influência dos cenários de jogos eletrônicos nas escolhas de viagemThe influence of electronic game scenarios on travel choicesbachelorThesis
