In spite of this, the amount of tools to gain that make this study possible is still small, as it is incomplete or prepared to obtain a paid licence for use. This work has a objective to develop a Python library to aid in the development of computer simulations of telecommunications systems. Five functions were developed, among which, three modulations (BSPK, OFDM, OFDMA), a wireless channel model with Rayleigh fading and a Hamming channel encoder.
