The research employed a mixed-methods approach, involving the application of two open-ended questionnaires. In the second questionnaire, students were asked to assign a score to express the level of importance they attributed to the inclusion of this topic in the school context. The data collected were analyzed to understand the students' level of interest in the topic throughout high school and to evaluate their perceptions regarding the impact of Physical Education classes on promoting health and well-being.
