The central objective is to determine how AI can be implemented effectively in this context, which was done through the analysis of practical cases and literature review. Theoretical research focused on consensual solutions and their increasing implementation, employing a methodology based on basic research to understand concepts, classifications and norms relevant to the topic, and examining the results of AI interventions in different scenarios in the Brazilian judiciary. Thus, the central problem that emerges is to ensure that the integration of AI in the legal domain does not compromise the basic principle of human dignity. This challenge involves avoiding violations of privacy and confidentiality, preventing partial or biased decisions, and mitigating technical errors and system failures. To address these issues, it is crucial to align AI operations with legal principles and standards. This involves ensuring that AI applications in the legal sector are developed and used respecting fundamental rights, equity, transparency in decisions, and data security.
