This is a Course Completion Work, whose research problem is: what is the role of the pedagogical manager in favor of the inclusion of students target audience of Special Education in regular education in studies at the Bank of Theses and CAPES dissertations? For the development of the problem, the general objective is to analyze the role of the pedagogue who acts as a pedagogical manager in the process of inclusion of students target audience of Special Education in regular education in studies at the Bank of Theses and CAPES dissertations. As a methodology, qualitative research was used, regarding the descriptive objectives, regarding the procedures through bibliographical research with the help of authors such as and in dissertations in the Bank of theses and dissertations of Capes, comprising the period from 2020 to 2022. The results show that there is a small number of studies on the Capes platform that address inclusive school management. It is concluded that inclusive education is one of the new challenges imposed on school management, in view of the new demands that the school faces, in the context of a society that is democratizing and transforming itself.
