In the Brazilian context, where access to traditional finance is limited, startups face additional difficulties. However, alternatives such as crowdfunding, venture capital investment and strategic reasons are emerging to meet this demand. In addition, interference and incubation programs play a key role in providing customized financial solutions. In this context, a methodology adopted in this study included basic research of an exploratory nature, with a comprehensive bibliographical review, analysis of case studies and relevant academic works. This approach allowed a comprehensive understanding of the importance of financial management in start-ups and the need for capital in the different possibilities of their life cycle.
