Women account for 6% of the total number of people in situations of deprivation and/or restriction of freedom. However, it is worth noting that these, despite being relatively few, are inserted in processes that demarcate a greater trivialization of life and greater violation of human rights, considering that they are achieved by the intersectionalities of structural oppressions (social class, gender identity, race/color, sexual orientation, place of origin, among others). We point out that the structural oppressions of Brazilian society support the prison-asylum logic, impacting the health condition of black women released from the prison system, producing inequities. In this sense, this study aims to analyze the access of black women released from the prison system to intersectoral care networks, since leaving prison is also a process that demands attention due to imprisonment generating illnesses, suffering and social stigmas. To this end, we adopted as a theoretical and methodological reference the dialectical historical method and the interview technique along the lines of life history, based on the analysis of the narratives of four black women released from the prison system. Regarding the field of research, it is the Social Office of Paraíba, a public service, responsible for welcoming and monitoring people before and after leaving the prison system, as well as their families and whose purpose is to provide access to social rights, with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence. We intend to contribute with this work to expand the debate regarding the health-disease process and the care of black women released from the prison system in the field of Public Health.Acesso AbertoEncarceramentoMulheres negrasEgressas do sistema prisionalRedes de cuidadoEquidadeEquidade e redes de cuidado: as trajetórias de mulheres negras egressas do sistema prisionalmasterThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::SAUDE COLETIVA
