To this end, the qualitative case study methodology was adopted, with structured interviews conducted with six female leaders from different areas of the organization. Data analysis was performed using the categorical thematic content analysis technique, according to the methods proposed by Bardin. The results highlighted the significant female representation in the company studied, where 55.37% of employees are women. In the context of leadership, women play an even more notable role, 60% of the leadership is made up of women, evidencing the commitment to inclusion and diversity. The participants reported challenges such as the emotional impact of adversity, the need for a balance between personal and professional life, in addition to barriers related to gender stereotypes and discrimination. Despite this, the opportunities for training and professional development offered by the organization were highlighted as positive aspects for the growth of leaders. It is concluded that, although progress has been made, structural and cultural changes are still needed to ensure gender equity in the workplace.
