Method: ecological study of the time trend of vaccination incidence coefficients for HB per 100,000 inhabitants in the Southeast region of Brazil. Results: there is an increase in HB vaccination rates with the highest annual percentage change (APC), in the period from 2000 to 2010, of 32.9% per year (IC: -4.9 - 85.8) in São Paulo. In the Southeast region there are two moments of variation, from 2000 to 2003, APC of 21.9% per year (CI: 4.3 - 42.6) and 2003 to 2010, APC of 4.4% 0.1 - 8.9). Conclusion: The results show an increased incidence of vaccination in the states that make up the Brazilian Southeast region. Although rates still remain high in the states, it is well aware that adherence to the vaccine scheme is still insufficient on the part of the populationAttribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/br/VacinaHepatite BEpidemiologiaAplicações da EpidemiologiaVaccineHepatitis BEpidemiologyApplications of EpidemiologyVariação anual percentual de doses vacinais para Hepatite B na região sudeste do BrasilAnnual percentage change in vaccine doses for Hepatitis B in the southeast region of Brazilarticle10.26694/repis.v4i0.7028
