The research was carried out based on the study of ontological categories of the social being, with a perspective to think on historical aspects related to sexuality, conservatism and hegemony. Therefore, the investigation sought to seize how these aspects of social life guide and consolidate a project of destruction of democracy in contemporary Brazil. This process has its maximum expression mediated by the lawful, parliamentary and media coup against the former president, Dilma Rousseff, as well as by the rise of Jair Messias Bolsonaro to the presidency of the republic. The text seeks to present an analysis of the context of the organic crisis (political and economic) in the country, a process magnetized by the capitalist vortex on the public fund and the national wealth, advancing in the destruction of fundamental social rights and public policies to the Brazilian democracy. The research results denote the strength of the religious party parliamentary group in the Brazilian political scene, which, in conjunction with the proto-fascist traits of the Bolsonaro government, disseminate an anti-human diversity policy, under the values of a heteropatriarchal and bourgeois society, which seeks to delegitimize the parsimonious civilizing rights achieved by the LGBT population and hinders the socio-political conditions to the struggle for their expansion throughout the country.
