The modernization of the information systems of the Unified Health System (SUS) during the covid-19 pandemic highlights the need for a new architecture based on interoperability and integration. The Digital Health Strategy for Brazil 2020-2028 and the National Policy on Health Information and Informatics are important SUS initiatives in this context. This professional master's thesis aims to specify and build an architecture to integrate health information produced by the state of Rio Grande do Norte (RN) through a Health Data Network (RDS-RN). The project uses the action research methodology and the Scrum development process. Partial results include the creation of an integrated architecture connected to the SUS Strategic Management Intelligence Center (CIEGES), which centralizes the digital health ecosystem of RN, such as systems such as RN Mais Vacina, Regula RN, Regula Leitos and Regula Vascular, PEP+RN (Hospital Management). In addition, the Suvepi project is also integrated with CIEGES. The RDS-RN is expected to promote significant improvements in access to health services, optimizing the flow of clinical information and supporting the decisions of health professionals and expanding social control.
