Nowadays, the communication tools and technologies available, allows for a considerable amount of work activities, of the most diverse positions and jobs, to be done from any place, no longer requiring the physical presence of the employee in a company office, this is called remote work. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, remote working was the alternative found by companies in Brazil and the world to continue their activities amid the restrictive measures imposed by government to stop the virus. One of the most important factors for a person to be able to carry out his work activities successfully is his quality of life at work (QWL), characterized by a list of practices aimed to improve the well-being of the worker. Thus, the present case study aims to analyze the Quality of Life at Work of Agência Método employees in the home office work regime. For that, quantitative data collection was standardized using the QWLQ-bref form, and the analysis of qualitative questions related to working conditions in the home-office. The results point to in the communication methods, encouraging training and actively listen to managers, in order to generate actions, to improve the quality of life at work, mainly aimed at the physical and mental health of employees.
