Regarding the methodology, it was carried out a research field, being it a qualitative and quantitative approach, developed throught a case study in two moments: the first in the UFERSA-Caraúbas, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, and the second with other Federal Institutions, having as targets Libras interpretertranslators. Twenty-nine (29) people joined the research, such as: the Letters Libras (Letras Libras, in portuguese) Coordinator Course (01), the Socio-Philosophical Foundations of Education (FundamentosSócio-Filosóficos da Educação, in portuguese) professor (01), two deaf students girls (02) and Libras interpretertranslators (25). During the research, it was made interviews through Google Meet app, in a total of five meetings, with average time of two hours each, application of a questionnaire with the interpreter-translators from federal institutions and a focus group with the interpreter-translators and the deaf students girls that participated of the research. The theorical support that helped the production of this work was anchored in some authors, such as: Ribeiro (2019), Santos; Batista (2019), Strobel (2008, 2009), Mazzota (2005), Quadros; Karnopp (2004), Martins (2017), Friedrich (2019) and the laws that discuss the deaf people education, being them: 10.436 law, from April 24, 2022; decree 5.626, from December 22, 2005; the 13.146 law, from July 06, 2015; the 9.394 law, from December 20, 1996; and, finally, the 14.191/2021 law. After analysis and discussion of the research data, it was elaborated as final product of the study a bilingual glossary Libras/Portuguese language, focusing on the academic discipline Socio-Philosophical Foundations of Education (FundamentosSócio-Filosóficos da Educação, in portuguese). It was highlighted by the academic discipline professor 24 terms available in the page https://repositorio.ufrn.br/, that aims to enable the students to reflect critically about the different philosophical and social perspectives of education, including the deaf people bilingual education.
