In this context, there is a search for the implementation of tools that promote continuous improvement in processes and business strategies. The 5S Program is one of those tools that has great potential for changes in both processes and organizational culture. The present work aims to present the 5S Program as an important foundation for the adoption of continuous improvement philosophies, as well as to propose its application and possible actions to improve the process flow in the creation and product development sector in a garment industry in Rio Grande do Norte.
