This is a cross-sectional, analytical study with a quantitative approach, non-probabilistic convenience sampling, including elderly people aged 60 years and over, of both sexes, who obtained a score greater than 22 points on the Cognitive Test. of Leganes (PCL). To track impairments in mobility, cognition, risk of falls, the Sociodemographic Assessment Form, the PCL, Dual-Tasking Questionnaire (10 items), Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), Time Up and Go (TUG) and Figure- of-eight Walking Test (F8W). The elderly presented 80.6% of the maximum cognitive capacity through the PCL, episodes of memory deficit self-reported by 76% of the sample and 69.4% of the F8W test time is above the expected, especially when the cognitive task was added. . There was no significant relationship between cognitive function, dual-task performance and self-reported memory deficit in the 21 sedentary elderly. There were losses in the dual task, especially in the one that demanded cognitive reserves, and episodes of memory deficit self-reported by the majority of the study sample.
