The research aims to identify design errors that may lead to pathological manifestations, which, in the context of Health Care Establish-ments (HCE), become increasingly relevant due to the importance of salubrity, infrastructu-re durability, and assurance of uninterrupted operation. Based on a comparative analysis between detected failures and normative requirements, the study seeks to propose feasible technical solutions focused on early corrections and the use of appropriate materials. The work uses as a reference a case study of a post-COVID rehabilitation center. From this archi-tectural base, cold water and sewage systems were modeled, with their respective sizing and detailed drawings.
