In sec. XX, much of the observed increase in global surface temperature over the last few years occurred from the 1940s, and climate models suggest its intensification after 1980 assigning generally such heat mainly causes related to solar variability, changes in the atmosphere, greenhouse gas content or sulfur due to natural or human action, or internal variability of the ocean-atmosphere system, and, especially after the bodies of reports such as the IPCC, the emphasis in assigning heating human actions It has increased significantly .In this work discusses the temperature behavior on the surface and tropospheric behavior of atmospheric parameters such as temperature profile, humidity, precipitation, pressure and winds, measured through daily collections Weather Station Launch Center Rockets of the Barreira do Inferno (CLBI) in the period 1976 to 2008, so for thirty tree years, which corresponds to solar cycles, 21 (1977 to 1986) , 22 (1986 to 1996) and 23 ( 1996 to 2008) presented the maximum and solar minimum in the years 1979 and 1985; 1990 and 1995; 2001 and 2005 respectively. . The correlation between solar activity mainly measured by the number of sunspots and atmospheric vestments already mentioned, but mainly with the surface temperature. During the studies comparative analyzes between solar activity and climate parameters cited made it possible to check the effects of long periods on climate. These results will relate possible events of interaction between the thermosphere tropospherestratosphere- systems, these events very rare in the literature. Of the three studied the first two cycles were similar in intensity (number of sunspots), and more intense than the 23 cycle, however higher temperatures were observed during the 23 and smaller in cycle 22. On the other hand, when observed solar activity it turns out that the year 2000 was particularly active, with large magnetic storms, and this time all temperature fields, winds, pressure and humidity present anomalous behavior compared with previous and subsequent years they warrant further investigation Wear mechanism responsible for this relationship is not yet known.
