In view of this, it seeks to conceptualize the economic and financial viability of the current employment idealization in the current social body. The research was supported by data from the Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (SEBRAE) and from articles available on the scielo and pepsic websites, as well as by the precepts of the Limited Liability Sole Proprietorship (EIRELI), where, in addition, it was possible to correlate the data obtained with a field research carried out by means of a social questionnaire. In general, the research has a qualitative and quantitative bibliographic nature. The structure of the work was assembled through the Business Plan method, where there was a simulation of the first two years of the beverage company TO GO Drinks, thus discussing its positioning in the entrepreneurial sector. Therefore, the results suggest that the company has a viable break-even point and has an acceptable profitability index.
