As a result, powdered dietary supplements have gained prominence in the market, as more and more people have less time to care for themselves but wish to improve their quality of life. These products are designed to complement the daily nutritional needs of healthy individuals. While nutrients are available in everyday foods, supplements provide these substances in isolation and at higher concentrations, allowing for better absorption by the body. The results obtained demonstrated the efficiency of the production processes, evidenced by the mass and energy balances, and confirmed the economic feasibility of the product.
