The question is: how can schools contribute to combating violence against women? Our general objective is to research the contributions of schools to combating violence against women. Our specific objectives are to explore the category of violence against women in the text sources and to reflect on the valorization of women for a more just and egalitarian society. We will use bibliographic research based on theoretical authors such as Cagicas Arriazu (2000), Cerisara (2002), Gadotti (2008), Libâneo (2012), Freire (2016), among others, with content analysis by Bardin (2011).
