In the brazilian northeast region, up to half of the maintenance operations are done in already broken equipment, which significantly raises the cost of the sector. A paradigm shift is needed in the companies that only use the run until failure method and that change can be challenging because of the lack of facilitating tools or the lack of knowledge on how to use them. Thinking about that, this paper presents an application for mobile devices and desktop which will provide basic metrics to facilitate the management of the maintenance sector of the company.
