Additionally, the lack of accessible information regarding public transportation schedules and routes within Natal, Macaíba, and EAJ presents a significant challenge, impacting on students and employees’ travel planning. The proposed solution is the development of a customized mobile application, DealConnect, which centralizes product sales and provides information on bus schedules. The application brings functionalities such as products’ registration and management, a favorites system, push notifications and WhatsApp linking to facilitate communication between sellers and buyers. Furthermore, DealConnect features bus schedules through an intuitive interface, thus allowing a more efficient travel planning. The expected results indicate the application may streamline product sales by reducing dispersion of information, by enhancing communication among users and by providing straightforward access to data related to transport.
