The Project is aimed at the community of the city in question and the adjacent municipalities, since the region does not currently have such cultural equipment, especially after the collapse of the former Hianto de Almeida Theater. The proposal is a space that can meet the needs of the population, including theater, cinema, dance etc., with capacity for 300 spectators in the main room.
