Thus, the search for sustainable products has increased, allowing the inclusion of vegetable oils from Brazilian biodiversity in cosmetic formulations, such as açaí oil, rich in phenolic compounds and fatty acids. Although the solubility of vegetable oils is an obstacle for the cosmetic industry, cyclodextrins appear as viable options to improve the solubility of these components in the cosmetic formulation. The development of these formulations needs to guarantee the efficacy and safety of the product, and It’s extremely important to carry out stability tests in order to evaluate product parameters. Therefore, analyzes such as pH value, organoleptic characteristics, viscosity, particle size and zeta potential were carried out to assess the stability and reformulations that the product reaches the market offering good conditions of use.
