A implantação da música como alternativa terapêutica não medicamentosa em uma maternidade pública. 2019. 37f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Especialização em Enfermagem Obstétrica, Rede Cegonha III) - Escola de Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2019.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/44482It is known that the gestational period presents as a set of transformations that cover the physical, social and psychological aspects of women, a phase of emotional instability with direct reflexes in the ways of experiencing childbirth. Therefore, the intervention aimed at implanting music as a non-drug therapeutic alternative in a public maternity hospital. It is an intervention project carried out at the maternity hospital Dr. Leide Morais, with the participation of managers, medical and nursing staff and the puerperal patients attending the mentioned institution. The methodological resources for sensitization of the team and management about the topic were talk wheels, folders and audiovisual resources, which evidenced the benefits of music in the process of partaking. In this walk, about 22% of the multiprofessional team was sensitized and the strategy, as an alternative, is in the process of implantation in one of the pre-delivery, delivery and postpartum suites of the unit in question. As a way of evaluating the strategy in process, parturients and companions were encouraged to register in a suggestion box their perceptions about the use of music during the parturition process and, in order to clarify / facilitate the understanding of parturients and their companions, an adaptation of the Likert scale was necessary. The partial results of the intervention have been the sensitization of the management and of 50 health professionals, the implantation of the music box in a suite of Prepartum, Childbirth and Postpartum, the adhesion of obstetrician nurses as partners in the strengthening of music in the parturition process, in addition to the partial analysis of parturients who used the music in the partyjar, the majority considered the experience excellent. Thus, with the implantation of music, it is hoped to contribute to the humanization of labor by collaborating with other non-drug strategies available at the institution under study, whose results harmonize the dynamics of labor.MúsicaMusicEnfermagem ObstétricaObstetric NursingTrabalho de PartoLaborA Implantação da música como alternativa terapêutica não medicamentosa em uma maternidade públicabachelorThesisEnfermagem Obstétrica
