Artigo (graduação em Administração) - Faculdade de Engenharia, Letras e Ciências Sociais do Seridó, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Currais Novos, RN, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/53323The objective of this article is to analyze the organizational climate of the Administrative Center of the Municipality of Lagoa Nova/RN, for which we sought to identify the socioeconomic profile of the collaborators; verify the perception of employees according to the 5 factors of the Eco scale and; finally, indicate strategies aimed at improving the prevailing organizational climate. With regard to methodology, and specifically with regard to purposes, this work is exploratory and descriptive. As for the means, it is a telematized research, based on a case study. The study population comprised forty employees and the non-probabilistic sample due to accessibility had twenty four respondents. Data collection, carried out virtually, was based on the Eco Scale. The results showed that the predominant climate of the Administrative Center of the Municipality of Lagoa Nova/RN is considered regular. With regard to the terms “support from management and the organization”, “control/pressure”, “physical comfort” and “cohesion between colleagues”, timidly satisfactory averages were observed, whereas with regard to the reward, the results pointed to dissatisfaction.
