Methodologically, the research was descriptive, accompanied by a technical visit to the institution, a case study was carried out in order to get to know the work carried out, as well as an unstructured interview, in addition, a questionnaire was applied, through Google Forms that was answered by the social worker in charge. The results showed that one of the main difficulties faced by management was the issue of social distancing, which led to major changes in the format of care, which became remote.
